Purchasing

1. How do I buy Bluebeam?

   1. You can purchase a Bluebeam plan in our web store or through a reseller. Interested in buying more than 50 plans for your team? Contact our sales team.

2. I’m using an older version of Revu, and I want to upgrade to subscription. What are my options?

   1. For step-by-step instructions on upgrading your license(s) to subscription, check out this page. If you have active Maintenance, you can upgrade to our most comprehensive subscription plan, Complete, at no additional cost to your Maintenance renewal price. If you’d prefer to keep using Revu 20, you’ll continue to receive future updates and patches to address critical bugs, but we won’t be releasing any new product features or functionality. 3. Can I still buy Revu Standard, CAD or eXtreme®?

   1. Bluebeam no longer offers older editions like Standard, CAD and eXtreme. In order to simplify license management and provide you enhanced access and security, we’ve transitioned to offering tailored subscription plans. Each of our three new plans (Basics, Core, and Complete) include Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud Solutions (web and mobile) — plus additional services to boost your productivity. 4. Can I buy different Bluebeam plans for different members of my team?

   1. Yes! You can easily assign different plans to different individuals or groups in your organization, based on their needs and workflows. All Bluebeam plans are billed annually per user.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

   1. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express in our webstore. To place a purchase order, please email a formal PO as an attachment to [email protected]. Please allow up to three business days for us to process your order.

6. What’s my order status?

   1. You should receive an order confirmation email soon after purchase. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. In some cases, your order may require manual review. If this is the case, a Bluebeam team member will contact you within the next business day.

7. I'm still waiting for my receipt. When will I receive it?

   1. You’ll receive an emailed receipt once payment has been processed, typically within one business day. You can also access receipts via your webstore account under Transaction History.

8. What is Bluebeam's renewal policy?

   1. Bluebeam subscriptions automatically renew every year to ensure continuous service. To cancel or modify a renewal, requests must be made 30 days prior to renewal. In the US, auto-renewals are invoiced about 30 days before expiration, with auto-charging occurring on the invoice due date if a card is on file. Without a card on file, customers have a 7-day grace period before their subscription is canceled. Renewal reminders are sent to Org Admins at 60 and 35 days prior to the subscription renewal date.

      Renewals cannot be processed through our webstore at this time. If you need a quote or to send a purchase order, please contact us for assistance.

9. What is your refund policy?

   1. We’ll happily refund your purchase if a request is made within 30 days of purchase or invoiced date.

      Contact Bluebeam Customer Service with the following information:

      • Your name, email and phone number
      • Web order number
      • Reason for the return
      • Amount to be refunded
      • Date of purchase

      Note: Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card used for the original purchase. A purchase order will be refunded or issued a credit depending on the status of payment.
