1. How do I buy Bluebeam?

   1. You can purchase a Bluebeam plan in our web store or through a reseller. Interested in buying more than 50 plans for your team? Contact our sales team. 

2. How can I convert my existing perpetual licence to a subscription?

   1. If you have active Maintenance, you can upgrade to our most comprehensive subscription plan, Complete, for free. Your future subscription renewal price will continue to be comparable to our Maintenance renewal pricing. If you don’t have Maintenance, you can purchase our new Bluebeam plans via our web store or through your reseller. Check out this page for detailed instructions on how to upgrade to subscription.

3. I’m using an older version of Revu, and I have Maintenance. What are my options?

   1. If you have active Maintenance, you can upgrade to our most comprehensive subscription plan, Complete, for free. For step-by-step instructions on upgrading your licence(s) to subscription, check out this page. If you’d prefer to keep using your older version of Revu instead of Revu 21, you can continue doing so without any interruptions. Please note that if you have Revu 20, you’ll continue to receive future updates and patches we may release to address critical bugs, but we won’t be releasing any new product features or functionality. If you have Revu 2019 or below, please see our EOL FAQ.

4. I’m using an older version of Revu, but I don’t have Maintenance. What are my options?

   1. ​If you’d like to upgrade to our latest version, you can upgrade to the latest version by buying subscriptions in our web store​ or through your ​​reseller​​​​. If you’d prefer to keep using your older version of Revu instead of Revu 21, you can continue doing so. Please note: If you have Revu 20, you’ll continue to receive future updates and patches we may release to address critical bugs, but we won’t be releasing any new product features or functionality. If you have Revu 2019 or below, please understand these older versions will no longer be supported after 28 June 2023. Please see our EOL FAQ for more information.

5. Can I still buy Revu Standard, CAD or eXtreme ®?

   1. No. Bluebeam no longer offers older editions like Standard, CAD and eXtreme. In order to simplify licence management and provide you enhanced access and security, we’ve transitioned to offering tailored subscription plans. Each of our three new plans (Basics, Core and Complete) includes Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud Solutions (web and mobile) – plus additional services to boost your productivity. If you have active Maintenance, you’re eligible for a free upgrade. For step-by-step instructions on upgrading your licence(s) to subscription, check out this page.

6. Can I buy different Bluebeam plans for different members of my team?

   1. Yes! You can easily assign different plans to different individuals or groups in your organisation, based on their needs and workflows. All Bluebeam plans are billed annually per user.

7. How do I buy an older Bluebeam product?

   1. Bluebeam no longer offers older editions like Standard, CAD and eXtreme. To get the most value out of Bluebeam, we highly recommend transitioning to our new plans, which include the latest version of Revu, plus Bluebeam Cloud solutions and services designed to boost productivity. To buy Revu for iPad, go to the App Store. If you’re interested in Studio Prime, please contact our sales team.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

   1. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express in our web store. To place a purchase order, please email a formal PO as an attachment to [email protected]. Please allow up to three business days for us to process your order.

9. What’s my order status?

   1. You should receive an order confirmation email soon after purchase. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. In some cases, your order may require manual review. If this is the case, a Bluebeam team member will contact you within the next business day.

10. I'm still waiting for my receipt. When will I receive it?

    1. You’ll receive an emailed receipt once payment has been processed, typically within one business day. You can also access receipts via your web store account under Transaction History. 

11. What is your refund policy?

    1. We’ll happily refund your purchase if a request is made within 30 days.

       Contact Bluebeam Customer Service with the following information:

       • Your name, email and phone number
       • Web Order Number
       • Reason for the return
       • Amount to be refunded
       • Date of Purchase

       Note: Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card used for the original purchase. A purchase order will be refunded or issued a credit depending on the status of payment.
