And for a full year, you’ll be upgraded to the most comprehensive plan, Complete. If you don’t have Maintenance, you can purchase our new Bluebeam plans via our web store, or through our sales team or your reseller.

No. Bluebeam no longer offers older editions like Standard, CAD and eXtreme. In order to simplify licence management and provide you enhanced access and security, we’ve transitioned to offering tailored subscription plans. Each of our three new plans (Basics, Core and Complete) includes Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud Solutions (web and mobile) – plus additional services to boost your productivity. If you have active Maintenance, you’re eligible for a free upgrade. For step-by-step instructions on upgrading your licence(s) to subscription, check out this page.
Yes! You can easily assign different plans to different individuals or groups in your organisation, based on their needs and workflows. All Bluebeam plans are billed annually per user.
To get the most value out of Bluebeam, we highly recommend transitioning to our new plans, which include the next major version of Revu (Revu 21), along with Bluebeam Cloud solutions and services designed to boost productivity. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express in our web store. To place a purchase order, please email a formal PO as an attachment to [email protected]. Please allow up to three business days for us to process your order.
You should receive an order confirmation email soon after purchase. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. In some cases, your order may require manual review. If this is the case, a Bluebeam team member will contact you within the next business day.
You’ll receive an emailed receipt once payment has been processed, typically within one business day. You can also access receipts via your web store account under Transaction History.

If you purchased a subscription, you’ll just need your BBID to access Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud. For Revu 20 or an earlier version, you’ll need a serial number and product key to register Revu. For help with finding your product key, check out this article.
To add new team members to your account, go to the web store, log in using your Bluebeam ID (BBID) and purchase the desired number of plans. You can then distribute them to individual users through the Org Admin Portal.
If you’re the purchaser, you’ll be designated as the Org Admin, with the ability to manage user activity for Bluebeam plans. To give yourself or others access to Bluebeam software, log in to the Org Admin portal with your BBID. Then, add yourself or others to the desired plan(s). Each new user will then receive an email with instructions on how to access both Bluebeam Revu and Bluebeam Cloud.
The Org Admin Portal is where org admins can easily add new users plus track and manage their activity, giving them enhanced administrative visibility into plan usage.
Yes! As a Bluebeam subscriber, you can use Bluebeam Revu on any Windows desktop device simply by logging in with your Bluebeam ID (BBID). And now with Bluebeam Cloud, you can also comment and collaborate on your drawings on the go using any web or iOS device.
Yes! Non-subscribers can set up a Bluebeam ID, install Revu 21 and sign in to access Studio. Within Studio, they’ll have limited colours and markup options, such as cloud, call out, lines and arrows. For Bluebeam Cloud, subscribers can invite collaborators to view files and markups, as well as interact with snag items, RFIs and submittals on the web.
If you’re a Bluebeam subscriber, alerts will appear in Revu 21 when new updates are available. For Bluebeam Cloud, you’ll receive ongoing updates automatically on the web, although the iOS app may need to be updated periodically on your device. If you’re using Revu 20, alerts will appear when new updates are available.
Revu runs on Windows® and is best used on a laptop or desktop. You can use the Bluebeam Cloud web app on any supported device or on Apple devices by installing the iOS app.
