Simplify how you create, manage and share construction markups.
Go to Tools > Markup or select markup tools from your toolbar. Choose text, clouds, callouts, highlights or stamps to document design changes, RFIs, punch items and as‑built conditions directly on your PDF drawings.
Every markup appears in the Markups List with details like author, date, subject and comments. Sort and filter to find critical construction markups, then create summaries or legends to share with the team. Here’s how it works.
Export markup data from the Markups List to PDF, CSV or XML so you can feed it into your reporting tools, tracking systems or project dashboards. For details on exporting markup summaries, check out this article.
