Maintenance gives you direct phone and email access to our experienced technical support team, the ability to upload and distribute drawings to the field via the Bluebeam Drawings* web app, as well as free upgrades to the latest version of Revu® within one year of purchase.
Do I need Maintenance?
While Maintenance is an optional add-on when you buy Revu, we recommend all users add it to their purchase to get premium support, upload access to Bluebeam Drawings and free upgrades.
Is Maintenance a subscription?
While a Perpetual License of Revu is a one-time purchase, Maintenance gives you access to premium support, exclusive features and free upgrades throughout the year and is renewable annually. Once your year of service is almost up, we’ll email you to let you know it’s time to renew.
What are my support options without Maintenance?
Users without Maintenance still have access to our database of how-to, troubleshooting and training resources located on our Support Site, as well as access to our technical support team by email.
Is Maintenance available for purchase for the Bluebeam Drawings* app or Revu for iPad?
Our mobile and iPad apps are supported with regular updates and by searching our online help files. Phone support is not provided for these apps. If you need technical assistance beyond our online help files, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
