What is Maintenance?
Maintenance is a subscription service available when you buy Revu. It gives you direct phone access to our Technical Support team and free upgrades to the latest version of Revu (within one year of purchase).
Is Revu a perpetual license or a subscription product?
We offer both. Revu is available as a Perpetual License, or as an Open License with an annual subscription. We also offer Enterprise License Packages for companies or IT admins looking to easily manage computer turnover. For more information about licensing options, check out our Revu Licensing Guide.
What's the difference between a license and a seat?
Most companies have one Revu license and as many seats as there are users. A license gives your company the ability to register and install Revu on multiple devices. Each device uses a seat of Revu. We generally recommend adding seats to existing licenses instead of buying additional licenses so it's easier to manage.
Do you have a return policy?
We’ll happily exchange or refund any product purchased directly from the Bluebeam Web Store or a Bluebeam representative if a request is made within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact us if you’d like to return a product.
