All Bluebeam plans include access to Revu 21, our latest and best version, plus Bluebeam Cloud for web and mobile. You can also mix and match plans for users with different needs.
Basics
Basics is designed for those who need to view and manage the same files and only need simple markups and measurements.
Please note that Basics does not have all the features that were in our legacy Revu Standard editions.
Core
Core is our most popular plan. It’s like legacy Revu Standard or Revu CAD editions, but with some key differences. We recommend Core if you rely on perimeter measurements for takeoffs and other core measurement and markup capabilities.
Complete
Complete is for organizations looking to accelerate workflows with the power of automation. Complete offers advanced markup capabilities, Quantity Link, and Batch Link automations. It’s most like legacy Revu eXtreme editions.

Why is Bluebeam moving to subscription?
In order to provide enhanced products and services that take advantage of cloud-based technologies, Bluebeam is transitioning to offering subscription-based solutions and no longer supports Revu 2019 and older versions.
Bluebeam plans give you much more than just Revu 21. Subscribe today to get the enhanced software and support you need to keep teams in sync and projects on track. Plus, if you’re a Revu 20 user on subscription, you can still use Revu 20 until you’re ready to deploy the latest version.
