SATBUG meets quarterly and serves as a knowledge-sharing platform for architecture, engineering, and construction professionals in the San Antonio community.
SATBUG launched in early 2021 as the third Bluebeam User Group in Texas.
Just like the city of San Antonio, this Bluebeam User Group is rich in history. The group’s origins date back to XCON 2019, when a couple of tech-savvy Revu users from San Antonio connected and learned they shared a common belief: the power of peer-sharing. The local champions rallied their fellow industry peers, and, the rest is history.
Savvy tech and industry leaders from architecture, engineering and construction firms, owner representatives, and government agencies from the San Antonio community are members of SATBUG.
The San Antonio Bluebeam User Group is excited to be a local resource for all AEC professionals in the San Antonio Community. All levels of Revu users are welcome!
Peter is the BIM coordinator at The Austin Company. As a tech-enthusiast, Peter is excited and eager to see the construction industry become more efficient and productive and a BUG is an excellent tool to bring like-minded individuals together to lead that effort. “The power of community and shared experiences can propel the individuals involved onto another level of knowledge, enthusiasm and progress.”
With over a decade of industry experience, Juan is excited to co-champion the San Antonio BUG and network with local peers. “Continuing to learn is so important, so it’s great to know the San Antonio AEC community can connect with their local peers to do just that through the San Antonio BUG platform.”
We're always on the lookout for new Champions who are eager to support their local BUG and make an impact in their local community.
