How to get the latest version of Bluebeam

Getting ready and taking action before the EOL dates will help avoid any interruption to your Studio and cloud workflows.

Step 1: Review your current Revu 20 usage

Identify who is still on Revu 20, which workflows rely on Studio, and where licenses are currently installed.

Step 2: Select a subscription plan

Use the table above to choose the right mix of Basics, Core, Complete or Max for your team.

Step 3: Purchase your new plan

Purchase directly from the Bluebeam pricing page or contact your Bluebeam representative or authorized reseller.

Step 4: Deploy Revu 21 and assign seats

Install Revu 21 on user machines, assign subscription seats, and begin transitioning projects and Studio workflows to the supported version.

Why the change?

As technology, security requirements, and customer workflows continue to evolve, the underlying systems supporting Revu 20 no longer meet our standards for performance, integration, and security.

Bluebeam is investing in products and technologies that help you meet today’s challenges with modern solutions and experiences.

This EOL marks the completion of Bluebeam’s transition from perpetual licenses (Revu 20) to subscription plans that feature the latest version of Revu (21) and much more.
