Bluebeam Volume Licensing Program
Bluebeam Revu is registered on a per workstation basis using a serial number and product key. Bluebeam offers discounts for volume purchases of five or more seats. These discounts are provided on a per transaction basis. When you include the Bluebeam Maintenance Program with your order, you ensure that your employees have access to the most up-to-date features that Bluebeam offers, plus additional support services.

Server vs. Desktop Installation
Bluebeam Revu is installed and licensed on the desktop. For more information about server-based file conversion, see our Bluebeam Q product page.
Upgrades for current Bluebeam Revu users
Bluebeam offers free upgrades to licensed users that participate in the Bluebeam Maintenance Program. Users with licenses that do not include maintenance receive discounted pricing on upgrades. Customers only need to pay for major product releases, such as upgrading from version 10.0 to version 11.0. Minor product releases are available for customers free of charge, such as upgrading from version 11.0 to version 11.5.
Technical Support and Maintenance
Free technical support is provided to all customers through email at support@bluebeam.com. When you purchase the optional annual maintenance, you also receive free telephone support and upgrades to major version releases. See the description of maintenance below.
About Maintenance
Bluebeam Software has an annual maintenance program for Bluebeam Revu. The Bluebeam Maintenance Program is available for all users. Here are some of the valuable benefits of signing up for the Bluebeam Maintenance Program:

Premium Support
You will receive premium phone and e-mail support from our experienced technical support staff, trained to answer a wide range of CAD and PDF-related questions.

Major Version Upgrades
When Bluebeam Software releases a new major version of our software, we will notify your company and provide upgrade license keys for you free of charge.

Minor Version Upgrades
When Bluebeam Software releases a minor update for our software, we will notify your company and provide instructions to download the newest version of our software directly from Bluebeam.

Renewal Option
As a Bluebeam Maintenance Program participant, your company will have the option to renew its maintenance agreement so employees can continue to receive timely software updates and technical support.
Enterprise Option - Enterprise Licensing
If you are seeking more control and efficiency in managing your licenses, we offer an Enterprise option for purchase. Enterprise licensing is designed to provide more flexibility and increase utilization of Bluebeam Revu throughout your organization. By automatically tracking licenses that are being used, releasing those that are not and providing an overage for ease of installation, your job of managing licenses just got a whole lot easier.
