Bluebeam’s user management portal gives you a centralized place to control subscriptions, user permissions, and project access.

All organizations with more than two Bluebeam licenses have access to Org Admin, a centralized hub where admins can allocate Bluebeam subscription seats, change subscription packages, manage other admins, and set up single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM for faster, easier access.

What is the difference between Org Admin and Org Admin Pro?
All Bluebeam subscribers have access to Org Admin, a centralized hub for subscription and user management, including self-serve SSO & SCIM configuration.
For organizations that require more robust options to manage projects, we offer Org Admin Pro as a subscription. Contact Sales to learn more.
When can I purchase Org Admin Pro?
Org Admin Pro will be available for purchase in Q3, 2025. Once it becomes available, you’ll be able to buy a subscription your authorized Bluebeam representative.
Can I expect to see further functionality in the future?
Yes. We’re committed to continuously enhancing the platform by building out new features and improvements. Our goal is to ensure the product delivers increasing value over time.
How much will it cost?
$20 per user annually. To ensure full control over data and access control settings across your entire organization, the subscription must be purchased at the parent account level for all users, including those in both the parent and any child (sub) accounts.
