Is Revu a perpetual licence or a subscription product?

We offer both. Revu is available as a Perpetual Licence, or as an Open Licence with an annual subscription. We also offer Enterprise Licence Packages for companies or IT admins looking to easily manage computer turnover. What's the difference between a licence and a seat?

Most companies have one Revu licence and as many seats as there are users. A licence gives your company the ability to register and install Revu on multiple devices. Each device uses a seat of Revu. We generally recommend adding seats to existing licences instead of buying additional licences so it's easier to manage.

Do you offer technical support?

Bluebeam offers free email support, as well as an extensive library of helpful articles and video tutorials on our Support Site. To gain access to our Technical Support team by phone, add an annual subscription of Maintenance to your purchase of Revu.

Do you have a return policy?

We’ll happily exchange or refund any product purchased directly from the Bluebeam Online Shop or a Bluebeam representative if a request is made within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact us if you’d like to return a product.
