Bluebeam Revu is our flagship product – a powerful, versatile, and easy-to-use desktop application helping professionals communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and optimize PDF workflows. It increases teams’ productivity with discipline-specific and customizable markup tools, precise measurements set to drawing scale, real-time collaboration on a single source of truth, and process efficiency tools that streamline your workflows. Check out our release notes to see what’s new.
Yes! Bluebeam subscribers can extend the power of Revu to their web browser or mobile device for seamless collaboration on the go. You can also invite collaborators to mark up in real time via web and mobile – no Revu installation required.
The Studio environment in Revu serves as your virtual project room for real-time collaboration. Our Core and Complete plans include full Studio capabilities. Studio Projects gives you a single centralised location to store documents – even entire building projects – in the cloud. And Studio Sessions lets project teams review, mark up and update the same files at the same time.
Coming in early 2026, Bluebeam Max is a new premium subscription plan for AEC organizations and professionals who want to gear up for a faster, AI-driven world. Max supercharges Revu with AI to accelerate drawing reviews, automate workflows and bridge the gap between 2D and 3D.
Pricing details will be announced soon. You can explore select Max features in beta through the Bluebeam Early Access Program, with additional features planned for release in December.
Bluebeam is offering Bluebeam Max at an introductory price of AU$979 per user per year. Users who purchase at the introductory price will lock in this price through their renewal in 2027. Subsequent renewals will be at standard list price, announced at a future time.
Bluebeam Revu runs on Windows® and is best used on a laptop or desktop. Subscribers can also extend the power of Revu to mark up or collaborate on the go via web browser or mobile device.
Yes! Non-subscribers can set up a Bluebeam ID to access files. Collaborators can mark up and measure in real time via their web browser or mobile device – no installation required.
We offer premium technical support by email and phone, as well as an extensive library of free how-to articles and videos. We also offer an array of training options to help individuals and teams get up to speed with Bluebeam, including self-guided Bluebeam University courses (included with subscription), instructor-led training, expert consulting and more.
