Moving a Bluebeam license to a new comptuer
Moving a Bluebeam license to a new computer
How to move a Bluebeam license to a new computer.
You can move your license to a new computer by completing the two step process described below. You will need the Serial Number and Product Key that you received from Bluebeam when you purchased software to complete the registration on the new computer. The serial number and product key were sent in the license certificate that you received in an email message from registration@bluebeam.com.
If you do not know the Bluebeam Serial Number, it can be found on the old computer in the Bluebeam Administrator. To find the serial number on the existing Bluebeam computer:
-
Click Start, All Programs, Bluebeam Software and then Bluebeam Administrator.
- On the Help menu, click About Bluebeam Administrator.
- The Serial number is listed on the top left below the version number, which you also need.
- Send an email message to registration@bluebeam.com and request that the original License Certificate be resent to you. Include the serial number, your name, company name, email address, and phone number where you can be reached.
