The steps below will allow you to create custom page sizes for the different
methods of creating files with Bluebeam. There are different steps
depending on the version of Bluebeam PDF Revu or Pushbutton Plus for AutoCAD
that you are using.
Bluebeam PDF Revu
Pushbutton Plus for AutoCAD 3.5.0 and above
Pushbutton Plus for AutoCAD 3.0.0 to 3.1.0
Bluebeam PDF Revu
Pushbutton Plus for AutoCAD 3.5.0 and above
Bluebeam PDF Printer and AutoCAD plug-in using the Printer Driver
AutoCAD plug-in using the AutoCAD HDI (Heidi) Driver
AutoCAD plug-in creating DWF output
The PC3 files included with Bluebeam PDF Revu and Pushbutton Plus have been created using the
AutoCAD Plotter Configuration Editor. These PC3 files are used by the
Bluebeam plug-in for AutoCAD. No files will be created if these
files are selected in the AutoCAD Plot window.

Windows calls page sizes 'forms.' The procedure below
adds a new form that will be available to the Bluebeam PDF Printer,
the Pushbutton plug-in for AutoCAD and the other printers
installed in Windows.
Steps to add the form:
- Exit AutoCAD.
- Open the Bluebeam Administrator.
- Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Bluebeam Software.
- Click Bluebeam Administrator.
- Clear the AutoCAD check box and click Apply.
- Click the Printer tab.
- Click Mange Pages and then click Add.
- Type the Form Name, select the Units, type the values for the Page Size.
- Click OK to save the changes.
- Click the Plug-ins tab.
- Fill the AutoCAD check box and click OK.
Notes: The Form must be defined with a portrait orientation. The values will be switched if
he values are entered in landscape orientation. Windows stores all pages using inches. Use "MM"
as the last characters in the form name and the Page Manager will always display the units in MM.
Standard forms like Ledger, Legal, Letter and Tabloid can not be deleted because doing so would
make that form unavailable to all printers installed on the computer.
