Bluebeam's return policy and process varies depending on whether you purchased the product directly from Bluebeam or through an Authorized Reseller.
Returning a product purchased directly from Bluebeam
Bluebeam will exchange or refund the purchase of a product if you contact Bluebeam to request the return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To return a product purchased directly from Bluebeam contact Bluebeam Customer Service with the following information:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- The product you're returning
- The serial number
- The reason for the return
- The purchase price (any applicable shipping and handling charge is non-refundable)
- If the product has not been opened or installed:
- Contact a Bluebeam Customer Care Representative with the information in Section 1.
- The Representative will verify that your license is not in use, void your license certificate, and process your refund within one business day.
- If the product has been installed:
- Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet before you begin (if you are not connected, you will not be able to release your license key and the Bluebeam Representative will not be able to verify the release and process your refund)
- Go to Programs/Bluebeam Software/Bluebeam Administrator/ and select the Tools menu. Click "Unregister" to release your license key - OR - go to Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs/ and select Bluebeam PDF Solutions v.x.x.x. from the list - follow the steps to completely uninstall the product; the license key will be released automatically.
- Contact Bluebeam Customer Service with the information in Section 1.
- The Bluebeam Representative will verify that your license key has been released, void your license certificate, and process your refund within one business day.
- Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card used for the original purchase; a purchase order, where a check was provided, will be refunded via check to the company on the license or, if one is not listed, the registered user on the license.
Returning a Bluebeam product purchased from an Authorized Reseller
- To return a Bluebeam product you purchased from an Authorized Reseller, you must go through the Reseller to process your refund. A Reseller may exchange or refund the purchase of the product according to their return policy.
Notwithstanding, Bluebeam will credit an exchange or refund only where the request for the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Note: Bluebeam does not refund shipping charges for any products purchased.
Bluebeam does not accept returns for the following types of products:
- Not-for-resale (NFR), Trial, OEM bundled, pirated, or free products or versions
- Online Service Subscriptions or maintenance renewals.
- Products purchased from an online auction site or from an individual
- Products or versions of products that Bluebeam no longer distributes or supports
