Toolbar Integration
The most seamless approach. Open, save and check-in files or logout from your document management system with simple toolbar buttons.
Selection Dialog
If more prompts is what you prefer, choose to display a dialog that allows you to save files to a local source or into a shared library.

Check-out Function
Revu will automatically perform a check-out function when opening files from a shared library or you can set the option to open the file as read-only and check-out manually.
Prompt for Comments
SharePoint and ProjectWise support the option to add comments when checking files back into the library. Choose to view a prompt in Revu to add a comment during check-in or bypass the option altogether.
