Bluebeam PDF Revu nominated for the 2008 Most Innovative Product Award
Bluebeam’s tablet pc technology is being recognized again!
We’re excited to announce that Bluebeam PDF Revu has been nominated for the 2008 Most Innovative Product Award. This award is given annually to an
exhibitor at the World of Concrete (WOC) trade show. Bluebeam Software will be exhibiting in booth # S12547 at the 2008 WOC trade show January 22nd
to 25th at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The winner of the 2008 Most Innovative Product will be decided by a panel of experts at WOC and WOC attendees. An online listing of Bluebeam PDF

Revu is nominated for the Most Innovative Product Award because of its revolutionary tablet pc features. Bluebeam’s tablet pc compatibility provides

Tablet PC Profile: Revu comes with a default and tablet pc profile. The tablet pc profile is designed to maximize the workspace and make it easier for a
tablet pc user to navigate through the application and access markups.
Easy Navigation: Navigating with a tablet pen is easy with Revu. Simply double tap on the workspace and a zoom control will appear, then slide the pen
up and down to zoom in and out.
Text Recognition: Revu uses a Tablet Input Panel (TIP) with text recognition when adding a text box, callout, or dimension line. This technology converts
handwritten notes into text in the font type, color, style and size of your choice.
Lasso Tool: Multi-select several markups quickly using the lasso tool to easily change properties, group the markups, move or delete the markups and more.
Reuse Button: Add markups faster by turning on the Reuse Button. This feature enables the same markup type to be placed consecutively, without having
to reselect the tools from Revu’s toolbar.
Additionally, Bluebeam PDF Revu includes several tools specifically designed for the construction industry, including a measurement tool for electronic
takeoffs and AEC-specific markup tools such as clouds, leaders and dimensions. Combined, these tablet pc and industry specific tools make Bluebeam
