“How Cool Are Your Tools?” Contest
What is the “How Cool Are Your Tools?” Contest?
We are inviting all Revu users to share with us the “cool”, custom Tool Sets they have created for marking up PDF documents for various job functions and projects. Whether the symbols you’ve created are for plumbing and electrical purposes, or for basic proofreading tasks – we want to see them all!
How Do I Enter?
It’s easy. Simply email your “cool” Tool Sets to us at insider@bluebeaminsider.com, with “Cool Tools Contest” in the subject line along with your name, company name, phone number, email address, and any interesting information as to how you use the unique Tool Sets by TUESDAY, JUNE 30th.
What Can I Win For My Cool Tools?
Grand Prize
One lucky winner will receive a NEW Wacom Bamboo Fun Tablet. The winning Tool Set will be posted on the Bluebeam website and announced as the official contest winner in the July issue of the Bluebeam Insider newsletter.
Runners Up
All additional participants that submit qualified, “cool” entries will receive a Bluebeam t-shirt, and will also have their tool sets posted on the Bluebeam website.
How Will The Winner Of The Cool Tools Contest Be Chosen?
The entire Bluebeam team will view all tool sets submissions and vote on the “coolest” Tool Set
When Will the Cool Tools Contest Winner Be Selected?
The winner of the “cool” tools contest will be selected by the Bluebeam team on the final day of the contest, Tuesday, June 30th, and announced in the July issue of the Bluebeam Insider newsletter
How Will The Winner Of the Cool Tools Contest Be Notified?
Winners will be notified on or before Tuesday, July 7th by a Bluebeam representative via email
Who Can Enter?
Any and all Revu users are highly encouraged to enter the contest
How Many Tool Sets Can I Enter?
You may submit as many “cool” Tool Sets as you’d like, in fact, the more the merrier
How Do I Send My Tools Sets?
You can email us your Tool Sets by exporting them from your Tool Chest. To export your Tool Sets follow these simple steps:
- While in Revu, open up your Tool Chest and click on the manage Tool Sets icon:
- Select the Tool Sets you would like to export from the manage Tool Sets dialog box that appears on your screen
- Click export and save your Tool Sets to your desktop or any other file location that you prefer
- Email your Tool Sets as an attachment to insider@bluebeaminsider.com

** Note that your Tool Sets will automatically be saved as a .btx file which allows you to automatically import Tool Sets in to Revu
