The Typewriter Tool is a quick and easy way to begin filling out information on a PDF. Just like the good ol’ days of
the typewriter (minus the sticky keys and crooked paper), you can fill in PDF documents with ease. Simply click anywhere
on the page, begin typing and away you go!
To use this tool, click on the Typewriter icon in the Revu toolbar (shown to the right). Then click on the location within the
page where you wish to begin typing. Hit enter to carriage down to the next line or simply click on each new location to
place text and keep typing. Your cursor will remain in Typewriter mode until you are ready to stop (press ESC to leave
this mode).
Want to change the text font style, color, size or line spacing? No problem. Use the Properties Panel or toolbar to change
these features and more. Note: the line spacing can be changed within the Properties Panel only.
If you want to save your Typewriter settings to use the same font style, color and size over and over again, you can
select the typed text and then right click on it to Save as default or Add to Tool Chest.
Now with Revu you can type all you want, with the click of a button.
