Bluebeam releases 5.5
On July 17, Bluebeam Software released Bluebeam PDF Revu version 5.5 with PDF text editing, faster speed, 64-bit compatibility and other highly requested features. We've already received so much positive feedback from users, calling version 5.5 our best release yet.

Ask the Expert

Can I create my own toolsets in Revu and share them with other users in my company?
Bluebeam PDF Revu toolsets include various symbols and shapes for adding markups to PDF documents (Proofreading symbols, Basic document stamps, etc.). You also have the option of creating your own customized toolsets for storing company images and logos or other industry specific symbols. Custom toolsets can be saved on a network drive and shared with other users. View this quick video tutorial to learn how.

Can I create PDFs from AutoCAD Sheet Set Manager with Bluebeam?
For years, Bluebeam has provided one-button and batch creation of PDFs through an AutoCAD plug-in, and now new improvements in version 5.5 allow AutoCAD users to create PDFs of multiple layouts using the Sheet Set Manager and Publish. Learn how it's done in our technical support article.
