Bluebeam Software to Demo PDF Takeoff Tools at AACE International Meeting

Bluebeam® Software, the leading developer of PDF solutions for the design and construction industry, is exhibiting in booth 518 at this week’s Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE®) International Meeting. Throughout the show, Bluebeam Software representatives will demonstrate how PDF editor Bluebeam PDF Revu® provides an easy-to-use, affordable solution for quantity takeoffs.

Retailing at just $149, Bluebeam PDF Revu Standard Edition is a fully functional PDF creation, markup and editing solution designed specifically for architecture, engineering and construction firms. Revu includes a robust set of industry-standard markups including measurement tools for calculating area, length, perimeter, angle, volume, diameter and radius, as well as counting from PDFs. All measurement data is tracked in a Markups list from which further calculations may be performed. Takeoff data may also be summarized to XML or CSV for viewing in MS Excel® or importing into other systems.
