Included in Revu, Bluebeam Studio™, allows you to manage projects digitally from start to finish on your desktop, tablet PC or iPad, at any time, from anywhere, regardless of Internet access. There are two sides to Studio - Projects and Sessions. Store and manage an unlimited number of PDFs and any other file type in the cloud for free using Studio Projects, and manage access rights for project partners to check-out and edit those files. Or, collaborate on the fly by adding 2D and 3D PDFs into online Studio Sessions, where you and your selected project partners can comment on the same PDFs together in real time or separately on your own. Review designs and product specs, modify reports and share feedback with colleagues instantly - there are no limits to what you can do when leveraging the combined power of Revu and Studio.

 

 

 

Manage

All Studio Session and Project activity is automatically tracked in a record that conveniently links back to the document. You can even create reports to export, archive and share with your team. How's that for convenient?

 

Join

Only the host needs a license of Revu to initiate a Studio Project or Session. Attendees can participate by simply downloading our free PDF viewer, Bluebeam Vu for Windows and iPad. What are you waiting for?

 

Go Offline

Studio Projects Offline lets you work with Project files wherever you go, regardless of Internet access. Simply log into a Studio Project and sync down files locally before going offline. Any edits made to documents while offline can be checked back in once Internet connectivity is restored.

 

Collaborate Securely

All Project files, as well as Session PDFs and markups, are stored in a password protected database. Session and Project hosts can select permission settings to enable or disable attendee access, and restrict attendees from saving, editing or annotating files, too.

 

Go Mobile

Collaborate with project teams on the go from anywhere. Use the full version of Revu on your tablet PC to host or join Studio Sessions and Projects. Join existing Studio Sessions and Projects from your iPad using our free PDF viewer, Bluebeam Vu® iPad, or start your own Sessions with our markup and collaboration app, Bluebeam Revu iPad.
