Each license of Studio Server is sold on a per server basis. The $9,995 includes one Studio Server license and product maintenance for one year from the date of purchase. Maintenance includes premium telephone and email support as well as major and minor product upgrades for one year. After the first year you have the option to renew your maintenance agreement. If you include annual maintenance with your current purchase of Studio Server, a second year of maintenance will added.
