One year of maintenance is included with the purchase of a software license. Customers have the option to renew maintenance each year. The maintenance renewal price is 20% of the original software license price.
Customers with an active maintenance agreement receive free upgrades to new versions. Customers who choose not to renew maintenance may upgrade to the latest version for $4,995 per license.
Free technical support is provided to all customers through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you purchase the optional annual maintenance, your employees also receive free telephone support and upgrades to major version releases. See the description of maintenance below.
